Possible to run a small hotel as an Agent Commercial?

We are going to help some friends by running their small hotel for the coming two years. It will be functioning as a bed and breakfast. We are not allowed to call it a Chambre d´hotes as it has more than five rooms. The tricky part is going to be the invoicing and regimes. My husband is already set up with an EURL (nothing to do with tourism) and I am an Agent Commercial. Could I run the hotel as a Agent Commercial and invoice them for my labour?
