Payments for setting up Auto/Micro Entrepreneur

Since I registered for Auto/Micro Entrepreneur in mid-June I have received two separate letters requesting for different payments.

Could you explain what are these letters and what are the payments for?

One from Le Registre, SERVICE ES ENREGISTREMENT AU REGISTRE DES AUTO-ENTREPRISES - They asked for 168 euros in which I have paid already. This seems like a payment for the registration of Auto/Micro Entrepreneur.
The second one in which I have just received it today is from ’ APE AFFICHAGE OBLIGATOIRE ’ - They are asking for 193 euros but I’m not really sure what is this for?

Are they obligatory? Are there any more future payments like these coming for me?
