Payment of auto entrepreneur taxes

I have today paid my first three months (Nov20, Dec20 and Jan21) re tax on the URSSAF website well before the final date for all three of 1st March 2021. However, when I paid November and December there was a message at the bottom of the screen which said “Important. Your payment is late. It is likely to be subject to increases.” How can this be if I paid early before the date they asked for payment?
