Payment for registering as an auto-entrepreneur - scam?

I have recently registered as and auto-entrepreneur as a Conseil Affaire Gestion D’Enterprise. I did this on line. I have received a demand from Repertoire National des Entreprises - Bordereau de transcription au repertoire National Des Entreprise. The amount is for 192E. I have received no other paperwork. Is this amount payable, or do you think that it is a scam? What is the amount for?
