Paying the first contribution to URSSAF

I received by mail a form Declaration Trimestrielle de Chiffre d’Affaires and I would like to pay my contribution, but I cannot register online with l’autoentrepreneur because I have a temporary security no.
Is there any way of paying the sum on line ? From what I understood from the form, I do have the option to pay by check.
