Paying myself as an auto-entrepreneur

I am quite new to business structures and am slowly learning about the must-do’s in French law.

I have a Qonto business bank account, and a Revolut personal account. Am I, as an auto-entrepreneur, supposed to be transferring money from business to personal accounts every month for minimum wage, or is it acceptable to keep my income in my business bank account? I am a little lost.
