paying for a course with your micro entrepreneur training funds

Hi, I think I’ve read that it might be possible to use a micro entrepreneur training allowance to help pay for some French lessons. Is this correct? If so, can you let me know how I might go about doing this? I asked this question of the URSSAF about 4 months ago without any response.
