Paying cotisations

When I can finally get to pay my cotisations on 31st July (when ursaff and rsi are finally ready) I just want to check what date the payments are up to. Will it be monies I have rec’d from 1st January to 30th June (as that will be 2 ) trimestre) or 1st Jan to 31st July?
