Pay social charges on my pension to the French health system?

I am an auto-entrepreneur micro fiscal, paying social charges quarterly. I also have a state pension and a private company pension. When I submitted my revenus impots form for checking, I was told I needed a copy of, attestation a l’assurance maladie from Primaire d’Assurance Maladie de la Manche (CPAM). CPAM issued one for my wife with gestion code 70, for me they issued a letter, les informations dans votre carte, with gestion code N1. On submitting the copies to impots, I was told that gestion code N1 meant I was classed as external, and would now have to pay social charges on my state and private pensions.

I checked back with the pension service in the UK who confirmed I was registered with them and they are responsible for paying my medical expenses. I also have a European Health Card issued by them. If they are responsible for my health costs, do I have to pay social charges on my pensions to the French Health System? I already pay 20.5% social charges as an entrepreneur. If I have to pay them on my pensions do you know what the % charge would be?
