Passeport talent - investment types

I have applied for a passeport talent visa back in 2019 and when applying for a carte de sejour I provided an attestation from my notary showing that I invested at least 30K EUR in real estate (I bought an office).

I am now helping my business partner to relocate to France and I wonder if there are other investment types that can be used?
If we are to establish a SARL or EURL, would putting 30K E as the company capital work as a proof of investment?
