Over-declaring on Micro Entrepreneur income

I suspect that in the 2nd Quarter of this year my ME will not bring in the French minimum wage (or even close).
I am worried about this affecting my visa reapplication and/ or nationality application in future.
In regards to the French system, is it an option/ legal to simply overdeclare my ME earnings as at least the minimum wage (1710 euro per month I believe) and pay the extra tax, as if I had bought in enough turnover through the enterprise? Just to keep my tax and Micro Entrepreneur record solid?
