I’m currently in the (fortunate) position of discussing a contract with a new client that will take me above my own capacity to manage my total workload. So I’m considering outsourcing part of my current workload to a third party. As I’m a freelance copywriter and marketer working in English, it’s almost certain this third party wouldn’t be based in France. They would invoice me each month for piece work as an independent contractor. My question is, as an AE, are there any considerations I need to think about for the French administration? I’m hoping I can just put the invoices in my books as expenses, but hardly dare to believe it could be that simple. Thanks for any advice.
