Prélèvement Forfaitaire Unique (PFU)

Is it to my advantage to opt out of the PFU given my circumstances below:

I have UK bank interest of about £1000 and shares dividends of about £300.
My Teachers pension is £7500.
The above is my total income apart from my entrepreneur income which I assume has already been taxed.
