Operating more than one auto-entrepreneur business?

I’m planning on relocating to France this year to start a business as a health consultant. Since it will take time to develop a client base I was planning on tutoring business/medical English simultaneously until the original consulting business took off. Would I be allowed to do this under the auto-entrepreneur model? If not, can I terminate the tutoring business when I’m certain the consulting will be self-sustaining?
