Operating from a rented house

I have an enquiry regarding the operation of an auto-entrepreneur business from a rented house. We sell printed T-shirts and printed tea towels which we manually print by hand using no industrial equipment. We will be selling these products through our online store and at the markets. We have rented a home in France which we will be moving into in two weeks however the owner has a concern which I was hoping that you will be able to help us with. The property is on the ground floor. The owner is aware of our activities. There will be no customers coming to and from the premises. We have use of the entire home, its garage and a barn. His concern is that he may be fined by the tax department for allowing the use of his house for commercial activity when it is a residential rental.

I know that I can operate an auto-entrepreneur from the ground level of a residential premises and that you no longer require any kind of permit to do so. How can I convince him that he runs no risk of any fines now or in the future as a result of our auto-entrepreneur activity?
