Open business in France for UK work and teach painting ceramics?

I have recently been for an interview to work at a call centre doing 3 hour shifts, cold calling people in the UK. I was told all successful aplicants would have to register as an auto entrepreneur and wondered if this was legal. I would be declaring what I had earnt through commission I guess? Would I register as profession liberale? Also could I add another activity which is totally different when I register online?

I also paint ceramics and would like to run workshops demonstrating and showing children how to do this. As I don’t want to have 2 businesses?
