One year exemption on tax fonciere in first year of business?

We are setting up an auto-entrepreneur business for me to run our gite rental. I read on one of your threads that there is a one year exemption on tax fonciere for the first year of being an auto-entrepreneur. Would this apply to me and the fonciere on the gite?
