Omission in tax declaration - does it matter?

I have to show my revenu from 2011 in the context of calculating our tarif (quotient familiale). I have opted for versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu and pay trimestrially to Urssaf through the auto-entrepreneur website. I have 3 out or the 4 declarations for 2011 but omitted to pay at the 3rd trimestre because I was abroad at that time and I simply forgot to declare zero for my auto-entrepreneur work. Do you know if there is a way to retroactively declare zero for that trimester, or whether a one-off non-declaration is normally not a problem?
