OK to pay CFE-IFER by cheque?

I recently paid the CFE-IFER tax by cheque sent direct to Impots, the reason being that I was in the process of changing bank accounts, so sent a cheque instead along with a covering letter. This cheque was cashed and accepted but my space at impot website still shows in red that this has not been paid. It was updated at 21/12/2014, but the cheque was cashed on 16/12. Do you think this will eventually clear?
