OK for auto-entrepreneurs to invoice clients with materials included?

Just wandering if its a good idea to invoice clients for materials used? For example, if I was installing a new window in a house, would it be better for me to invoice the installation and materials? In the anticipation that I could add 15 percent on the cost of the window.
