Offer CDD contracts as an auto-entrepreneur?

As an auto-entrepreneur I employ two teachers, both auto-entrepreneur’s themselves. From next September I would like to be able to offer them CDD contracts. Am I allowed to do this as auto-entrepreneur myself? And if so, what is the process please?
