Hi Valerie, I have received this form from ‘CCI Rochefort et Saintonge’.

I’m a micro/auto-entrepreneur working from my own home, I started the business on 8/1/2018 and have turned over 18300 euro’s for 2018.

For info I submit my social security payments quarterly via http://www.autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr where i pay the ‘576 0.1% micro social cfp comm’ along with ‘528 sales of goods’ @12.8%.

Is there a guide to filling this form out correctly please?
