Notification d’acceptation forms
I have received a Notification D’acceptation and it asks for additional information. Is there some where in the forum where I can find an example of the ISAA form fllled out? Below are the additional forms requested, but even after translation I am at a loss to understand them.
NOTIFICATION D’ACCEPTATION : PIECES JUSTIFICATIVES DEMANDEES
Nb exempl. Justificatif de création du fonds (commercial, artisanal) ou création d’activité. 1 Au domicile personnel Titre d’occupation (quittance EDF, loyer, bail, titre de propriété ou tout autre moyen). Nb exempl. Justificatif condition d’exercice d’identité. 1 Auto entrepreneur avec activité artisanale Intercalaire spécifique aux activités artisanales (ISAA). Commentaire. Dans le cadre des activité vous devez mentinné une seule acticité dans l’activite la plus importante.
