not being able to register for social security

I have tried to register in order to pay the “cotisations sociales obligatoires”. But it didn’t work.
URSSAF does not recognize my SIRET or my social security number…
I tried to register with my company SIRET on https://www.contact.urssaf.fr/adhenligne/
I also tried to register with my social security number on https://www.ma.secu-independants.fr/mon-compte/public/cgu.home.action
Do you know why URSSAF does not recognize any of my numbers ?
Should I have communicated any details to some authorities in a special way ?
