No paper declaration for 3rd trimestre yet?

Just a few uncertainties on the declaration deadline. I was wondering if I should have received the paper form for the October declaration(3rd quarter) yet? Can you download it from somewhere and print it out?
If I create an account with “netentreprises” and pay online, will they have an ongoing “Direct Debit Mandate/Prelevement” over my account, in the same way as the personal income tax declaration?
