Net-Entreprises.fr registration?

I have been sending cheques to pay my 18.2% taxes on a regular (or at least when I earn anything in a month) basis. I’ve now registered on line, but looking at the online forms am starting to think it’s very much either or, not both. To continue on line do I need to change my payment options to quarterly? On the form it also says Vous n’avez pas opté pour le versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu. Did I miss something out when I signed up?
