Net entreprise registration organisme local destinaire?

By following your video I registered with Net Entreprise this morning. Can I please check that since I am an artisan I need to choose CP RSI Charente Maritime (in my case) as my Organisme local destinaire, and not leave it blank, as in the video? Also, is it correct that I now need to print and send by post to Net Entreprise the Adhension au telereglement form?
