I am going to start business in France, I like to purchase PVC factory production waste from Holland. Bring It to France. After regrinding it and export it to the middle east. Kindly advise me of the proper APE, NAF CODE for the above business.

Secondly, I also purchase old and used machinery from Europe and export it to the middle east, so same I need APE NAF code.
Also all kinds of imports and export from France, same need APE NAF code.
