I’m preparing a food cart to sell lemonade, fruit juice and ice creams at markets and events. Does anybody know how I can get the cart approved by the health department? I won’t be selling any homemade food or animal products but it would be great to get a stamp of approval to display on my cart. I would also like to make it legal and safe. Thanks in advance.
