Minimum an auto-entrepreneur can pay for social charges?

I have set myself up as an auto-entrepreneur and have paid my first social charges on line. What I would like to know is there a minimum threshold of earnt income and is there a minimum I can pay for social charges? Also at the moment I am using my current bank account which is linked to the net-entripise on line payments. Should I have a business account set up from which my social charges should be paid from? My current account has other bits of money coming in - will this be seen as taxable income?
