Micro-entrepreneur taxation for English teacher

I’m an English Teacher, micro-entrepreneur (APE code: 8559B) and I have a couple of questions:

  1. Am I Micro BNC, meaning that I only pay tax on 66% on receipts/revenues (because we receive an allowance of 34%, under the rules called Micro Bénéfices Non Commerciaux (Micro-BNC)?
  2. I think I am BNC but I ask the question because I’m always asked to pay tax on 100% of receipts, not 66%.
