Micro entrepreneur secondary/second activity

I registered as auto-entrepreneur eight or nine years ago. I am sure I added a secondary/second activity of ‘Autres services personnels’ when I completed the registration online. How can I check that this is the case? I don’t seem to have any paperwork showing the second activity.

Please could you also confirm what official paperwork should be received (and from whom) when an activity is registered for the first time (as a micro-entrepreneur). I don’t seem to have any thing other than a very old Kbis document relating to a previous activity I carried out between 2006-2010.
