Micro entrepreneur conjoint SSI and social security registration

Hello, my question relates to my husband as conjoint on a micro-entreprise (Literary Consultant) registered on Jan 1st 2019. I have received all documentation for me for Carte Vitale and have submitted docs for him - however, there has been no follow up, other than one letter with a (temporary?) sociale security number. How do I follow up on this?
