Micro Entrepise changes in Jan 2013?

I have just had some quotes for a new build interior fit out next year and they are Micro Entrepise set ups. I have just been informed that they have been told by their accountants that the regime is changing from Jan 2013 and they will have to pay more tax. Hence they have all come back to me saying they need to up all the quotes to cover this change. Please can you shed any light on this subject, I am an SARL and so are some of my other contractors, I assume these do not change.
