I am currently set up as an AE as a beauty therapist. I also have an apartment that I rent out through Airbnb registered as a Meuble de tourisme. The income from that is coming close to the 23k limit. I’d like to be able to also rent out our own apartment during the peak weeks of our seasons but this would take us over the meuble… limit. What would you suggest?
Can I add to my AE?
What would the tax implications be?
Could I split the 2 apartments so one income goes through the impots form as meuble de tourisme and the other is through my AE?
