ME, CPAM, CFE & Domiciliation

This is going to be a long question(s) because although I have done a lot of research, I do not have clarity on several connected issues.
Useful info: I have a EU passport no need for a visa.
I plan on registering as an Micro Entrepreneur.

My activities will vary (food/wine tour guide, some sales online or at markets of jewelry I make-not a gold or silver smith- and maybe some web-related work. I do not expect to generate any income or sales until 2026.

1 ) I would like to register ASAP to start the CPAM process, but am concerned about missing the free year of CFE since calendar year is almost over. However, if I wait till Jan, I will have to possibly pay private insurance. One reason I want to trigger CPAM via the ME registration is because trying to do it as a Swedish citizen who hasn’t lived there for 45 years adds a layer of bureaucracy I really want to avoid.

2) I am also wondering if some of my activities would be CFE exempt, namely the tour guide ones.

3) Lastly, I want to know if I can do domiciliation in Paris when registering, to obtain the lower CFE rate, as I am in a high-cost area. Or will the CFE be of little concern if I qualify for exemptions or stay below a certain threshold or am domiciled strategically? I prefer not to use my current address as it is an Airbnb I converted to long-term, but not where I want to stay.  I hope this isn’t too much to put into “one” question!
