Maximum turnover when adding NAF codes together?

I am looking at starting a business as a graphic designer, but would also like to fabric wind turbines under the title Fabrication de moteurs et turbines, à l’exception des moteurs d’avions et de véhicules. Graphic designer would be my principle activity as I am not fully set up for the later. Can I create wind turbines without qualifications and do I need specific insurance other than responsability civil?

From what I have understand, graphic designer counts as Activités Libérales, so no need for qualification, with a maximum turnover of 32600 euros. The creation of wind turbines would count as Activités Artisanales, so also with a maximum turnover of 32600 euros. Does than mean can earn a total of 65200 euros or 32600 euros?
