Maternity pay for auto-entrepreneurs?

I have watched your excellent video on maternity and health care for auto-entrepreneur’s and looked at the RSI website but I’m still confused. Can you please tell me if auto-entrepreneur’s get the prime de naissance? I have been an auto-entrepreneur and French resident since Jan 2010. I cannot see how maternity pay it is calculated, it seems to have been a flat rate initially for auto-entrepreneur’s and now related to turnover? My husband is an auto-entrepreneur too, will he get paternity pay? Do you have any information about the amounts and how to apply for them?
