Marketing a small language business in France

Hello Valerie,
I need to build up my clientele but don’t know where to turn in terms of marketing.
I have a couple adverts on two websites and have created some flyers. However, I haven’t reached nearly as much potential customers as I would like. Where and how can I get access to customers? Please help so that I can get my business off the ground.
