Mandat de Prelevement SEPA?

I have recently made the télépaiement des cotisations dues à l’URSSAF and have received an email from Finances Publiques asking me to send du mandat de prélèvement SEPA interentreprises à votre établissement bancaire. I have been on the Finances Publiques website and my account is valid for SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) and I have printed out the relevant mandate.

I have also contacted my bank who have said it is not necessary to send to them and that I should send it to La Direction Générale des Finances Publiques.

Is this still necessary as my account is valid for SEPA?
Would I send it to my local office Finances Publiques?
