MME Course - Timeline and access to the forum

I’m on the Manage Your Micro Entrepreneur course at the moment. I’m a little confused about access to the course contents, Q+As and forum as I think it’s changed recently.

I believe it is now a year’s access to all of the above, when signed up for the MME course? If that is correct, when does this year start from?

I’m trying to plan out my year and keep clear focus periods for different priority areas and want to make sure I complete the course contents and my ME set up fully prior to acces to the course content/ forum/ Q+As ends.

My first MME Course date was Dec 6, 2023 and I joined the forum Dec 12, 2023.
