Majority of Income from Family-Owned Company

My income for France visa (micro-entrepreneur) purposes is primarily a small, long-time family publishing business in the USA. There are no clients, and income is from royalties and product sales. This business will continue, and I’d like to verify that relying on income from a USA business that I co-own is okay and will not result in complications once I move to France.

Current State
The family business is a USA partnership in which I am one of three equal partners/owners. Profits pass through to the partners who declare the income on their personal tax returns. I perform extra work for the partnership for which I receive a US 1099 form separate from the equal partner split. My combined income from these two is about US$30,000.
Separate from the family business, I am building up a computer consulting business where I hope to have more than one client (I had only one in 2025).

Future State
No time frame yet, but the family is working on converting the USA partnership to a USA LLC where I would be one of two equal owners. We have not yet decided how we will be taxed on the USA LLC income. I plan to continue to perform the extra (1099) work. The other partner will remain in the USA.

So the questions are:
1. Does USA Partnership partner-share income qualify for micro-entrepreneur requirements?
2. Does USA Partnership 1099 income qualify for micro-entrepreneur requirements?
3. Does USA LLC owner-share income qualify for micro-entrepreneur requirements?
4. Does USA LLC 1099 income qualify for micro-entrepreneur requirements?
5. Does the USA LLC owner income or 1099 income need to be taken a certain way in the USA for France micro-entrepreneur and/or taxation purposes?
6. Are there any French complications with a USA partnership or USA LLC?
7. Is it okay that 100% of my income will be from the USA?
8. If I need to consult an accountancy firm, can you please recommend one that can also prepare my personal US and France tax returns?
