Livre des Achats and multiple activities

Hi Valerie, following your advice re: setting up multiple activities to maximise income streams regarding Brexit, my question is how to do the bookwork.
I have added to my original activities of opening a gallery and selling furniture. The new activities added at the local CCI are: photographer, supplier of technical drawings and chambre d’hôte. (BTW the lady there wasn’t aware that the forms required have changed recently and she should have charged me 70e for adding them!)

  1. Can I use the same Livre des Achats/Recettes for all activities? (the chambre d’hôte will not be up and running for probably at least a month).
  2. I am setting up an excel spreadsheet for the books, what information do they require in them other than date, buyers/sellers name, item sold/purchased, method of payment and amount?
  3. So far all the furniture (8 pieces) and a few pictures in the gallery were personal pieces so when I sell them I will have no relevant invoice for them. Is it ok to import them into the business on the date they sell?
