Letter from Reunica, do I need to do anything?

After successfully setting up an auto-entrepreneur business (very easy with many thanks to this site), I have now received a letter from Reunica regarding Regimes de Retraite et Prevoyance Complementaires and Obligatoires. My French is reasonable, but I do not fully understand what this is all about. Can anyone assist?
