Legal structure for a predicted turnover of 90,000 euros?

I’ve been operating my seasonal cafe / restaurant rapide business under the auto-entrepreneur scheme for two years now. As it is coming to the end of 2013 I’m wondering whether it would be more profitable to change my legal structure. It is a struggle to keep my turnover under the limit so I end up closing a fair amount in the inter seasons - yet the amount of profit coming out of the business is minimal.
Could you outline the difference in legal structure for a predicted turnover of between 80,000 euros to 90,000 euros. It would help me to get a clear understanding of the main points before I visit an accountant.
