legal structure

Hi Valerie,

I am moving to France in the next few months. I want to set myself up to be legally resident using the most efficient structure. Right now, I would like to get things set up so I can show I am

a) legally resident in France prior to end of year (Brexit deadline) and
b) to show the paperwork required to be able to get a house rental.

My clients are mainly intergovernmental agencies (United Nations etc). The work is communications, including web-development and film making. I have am involved with two Ltd companies: one in the UK (my brother is the director, and it to this UK company most clients pay us to) and one in South Africa (I own the SA business, its where I currently live, and work with a team of 7 people. Offices and team will remain in SA when Im in France).

The SA company invoices the UK one on a monthly basis, which is how me and my team here in SA gets paid. When I move to France I can bill the company in SA or in UK or I can set up another company in France.

Given my two objectives above, what would you recommend?

Many thanks
