Leaving France for a holiday…and buying a French car…
Hi Valerie - we haven’t heard anything back from the prefecture regarding our validation process - we validated online in early february. They mentioned being invited to a meeting and health check as part of the validation process. We have not been invited to this yet but we intend to leave France for a short holiday. What happens if the appointment comes through while we are out of the country - do we reschedule?
We feel like we are in limbo - is there anything we can be doing while we wait for this appointment or is it just a case of being patient?
As part of my business I will be buying and selling vehicles - this will require registering them in my name and insuring them - am I able to do this now or do I have to wait for this appointment?
