Learning French as an auto-entrepreneur?

I have recently been investigating the right to learn French, without paying, as a tax paying auto-entrepreneur. As usual I was fobbed off but would not take no for an answer. I have since found out that I am entitled to learn French without paying if I can get 5 or 6 people also wanting to learn French in order to be able to run our businesses efficiently. Is there anyone in or around the Ceret area wanting to learn French? Please reply to this if you are.
