Late tax filing

I have arrived in France in 2019 and issued a carte-du-sejour category Passeport talent “Projet économique Innovant”. However, ever since, I have not started any activity, since I wasn’t actively living in France. I only got my sécurité sociale last month, and now planning to obtain a tax number.
Is it possible to file taxes for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022? What would be the process, specially that I have not received any salary or made any financial transaction?
