Late payment notice on invoices?

When I moved my business from UK to France, I continued to write on my invoices payment within 30 days. I have now been advised by an accountant that on each invoice I must specify the payment date, and include a note in the case of late payment, interest will be charged. Please can you offer me a form of words for a late payment and interest notice.
